TERMS AND CONDITION
- Free shipping within Europe for orders above 350€ with DHL.
- Once the carpets are shipped you receive an email from DHL with the tracking number.
- DHL does not call before delivery and we cannot fix the time.
- We do not have free shipping for customers that have previously returned a carpet.
- For extra-large carpets or very heavy carpets, there may be an additional fee.
- We ship worldwide, for shipments outside of Europe contact us before placing an order.
- Customers outside of the EU may be required to pay an import tax and clearance fees. Please check with your own country's rules and rates.
