What are the return fees if I wish to return my carpets?

Our Money back guarantee applies to customers based in EU countries only.
Standard return fee is 38€ per carpet. With Flash sales the return fee is 88€ With 50% extra discount for second carpet or Buy 2 Get 3 the return fee is 88€ per carpet With optional Extra 5% discount the return fees increase by 50€ |
We do not offer free shipping to customers who have previously returned carpets for a refund. Our showrooms do not accept return carpets. We will arrange a smooth return process with our transport partners UPS |
How can I return a carpet for a refund?
The return process is very simple:
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return the carpet(s) for a refund.
Email us your order ID and the code(s) for the carpets you wish to return at info@vintagecarpets.com.
We will then email you a pre-paid UPS slip.
Kindly print the label and pack the carpet(s) as they were sent to you.
Next call UPS to request a collection.
Once the carpet(s) has been returned and examined, we will make a refund within 3 working days.
